Space Food Club aims towards promoting studies and research into the
emerging field of space food.
It is not too for humans to land on Mars. Hence, it is important to provide a healthy, well-balanced, and super-shelf-stable meal that can be consumed by the astronauts throughout the course of the mission. Also, developing techniques and promoting research to grow food (plants) in microgravity.
We here at SFC, help shape young minds to design recipes and research on food that can be consumed by current and future generations of astronauts and space tourists.
